Non-Surgical Chin Enhancement and Augmentation

Chin enhancements and augmentations are an excellent way to improve facial symmetry and to accentuate facial contours. A chin that recedes or doesn’t protrude as much as other features can result in an unbalanced or uneven face. A non-surgical chin augmentation can enhance and improve the facial balance and symmetry. Non-surgical chin enhancement is extremely safe and is much less expensive and complicated than doing a traditional, surgical chin enhancement procedure.*

Chin enhancement is performed with cosmetic dermal filler injections. Using a fine gauge micro-cannula type needle, dermal fillers are gently and artfully injected into the chin. Only 100% pure FDA approved dermal fillers such as Juvederm Voluma and Radiesse are used at Parfaire. With the right application, the increase in length, width or projection of the chin can produce subtle, but noticeable improvements to the facial profile and contours. There may be minor swelling and sometimes mild bruising and tenderness which should last no more than two to three days.* Most patients go back to work the next day.*

*Individual results will vary.

Non-surgical chin enhancement avoids the basic risks of surgery as there is no cutting of the skin and no use of a hard implant so there is no risk of infection or unwanted movement of the implant.*

As with all injectables, there is an art and science to a liquid chin augmentation and the injector must fully understand the anatomy of the face and understand the right amounts and placement of the filler. *
