What is ENDOLIFT®?

ENDOLIFT, an innovative laser treatment approved by the FDA, is designed to contour and tighten loose skin and fatty tissue on the chin, neck, body, and face. This European procedure uses advanced micro-optical fibers to treat both deep and superficial skin layers. This procedure stimulates collagen production to tighten and retract connective tissue while melting away unwanted fat accumulated with aging.

With ENDOLIFT, you can achieve results similar to a facelift and fat reduction surgery without incisions. This procedure is safe and effective and is conducted by a physician.

How Does ENDOLIFT Work?

ENDOLIFT is recognized for its minimally invasive procedure.

During your session, Dr. Moses will create small entry holes, often near the ears or other discreet areas, to insert micro-optical fibers, slightly larger than a strand of hair, beneath the skin. The laser light delivers targeted thermal energy to the skin tissues underneath. The laser beam’s penetration depth and the areas treated are precisely managed, allowing Dr. Moses to customize the procedure for you.

The laser’s thermal energy promotes collagen production, a protein important for skin elasticity and firmness. This increased collagen results in skin tightening over time, with an immediate visible lifting effect.

As we age, our collagen production decreases, making this procedure a great non-surgical option for a youthful look.

What Areas Can be Treated by ENDOLIFT?

ENDOLIFT can be used to address skin laxity on virtually any part of the face or body.
  • Jawline
  • Double chin
  • Face
  • Neck
  • Abdomen
  • Hips
  • Glutes
  • Knees
  • Inner thigh
  • Arms
This provides a practical alternative to other body sculpting techniques and contouring procedures, including traditional surgeries such as facelifts.

Why ENDOLIFT?

There are multiple reasons why patients enjoy ENDOLIFT:
  • It offers an effective solution for correcting mild skin sagging and excess fat on the lower part of the face.
  • It’s a non-surgical procedure using lasers and is minimally invasive.
  • You’ll notice immediate improvement in skin elasticity.
  • The results usually last for about 2-3 years on average.
  • This treatment tackles both skin tightening and excess fat removal at once.
  • Typically, most patients complete treatment with just one session.
  • ENDOLIFT patients usually feel only minor discomfort, unlike surgery.

Are There Risks or Side Effects?

In general, ENDOLIFT is a safe procedure without lasting side effects. Expect swelling and bruising for about a week after the procedure.

The laser’s heat may carry a risk of skin burns, discoloration, or nerve bruising, leading to potential temporary muscle weakness around the mouth for 3 to 6 months. However, these side effects are extremely rare when ENDOLIFT is conducted by a trained physician like Dr. Moses.

Additionally, asymmetry and contour irregularities can occur, potentially necessitating additional treatment.

What Does ENDOLIFT Treatment Feel Like?

During the ENDOLIFT treatment, local anesthesia is used, which may cause a stinging sensation during injection. Subsequently, a single-use micro optical fiber, just a bit thicker than a hair, is gently inserted beneath the skin’s surface layers. No incisions are necessary, and there is virtually no downtime.

The time needed for ENDOLIFT treatment ranges from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the treated area.

What to Expect After ENDOLIFT in Echo Park

Following the procedure, you may notice soreness, tenderness, redness, and minor bruising in the treated area. These issues generally diminish within a few hours or days and can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication and applying ice packs for 20-minute intervals.

Swelling is common and could persist for approximately two to three weeks after the procedure.

How Soon Will I See the Results?

With ENDOLIFT, you’ll witness immediate skin firming, leading to an immediate improvement in skin laxity. As time progresses, you’ll notice ongoing improvement in the treated area as collagen production is boosted in both deep and superficial skin layers.

How Long Do the Results Last?

The skin tightening effects of ENDOLIFT generally persist for 2-3 years, with the potential for longer-lasting results. Patient-specific factors play a role in determining outcomes, as is common with aesthetic procedures.

How Many Sessions of ENDOLIFT Do I Need?

Typically, patients see results after one session. Depending on your skin’s condition and where you begin, Dr. Moses may recommend additional sessions for the best outcome.

Am I a Candidate for ENDOLIFT?

Endolift effectively treats a variety of conditions across different patient groups. However, individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as those with specific conditions like autoimmune disease, skin diseases, skin infections, or a known intolerance to local anesthetics, are not suitable candidates for this treatment.
